How to Use the Weather Bar in PestPro CRM

For outdoor pest control, weather is not a "nice to know" detail – it changes your whole day. The small weather bar at the top of your PestPro dashboard is designed to put that information where you actually live: inside your schedule.

Step 1: Make sure the weather bar can appear

If you do not see the weather bar at the top of your PestPro dashboard, your account is missing a key detail.

• Go to Settings.
• Enter your full business address, including your ZIP code.
• Save your changes.

Once your address and ZIP code are saved, the weather bar will appear at the top of your dashboard with the current temperature and conditions for your area.

Step 2: Read the weather at a glance

When it is active, the weather bar shows:

• Current temperature for your service area.
• Today's high and low.
• A simple description of conditions (for example, "Cloudy" or "Clear").

This gives you a quick read on the day before you start moving jobs around, booking new work, or deciding which routes to prioritize.

Step 3: Click through for full local details

The weather bar is clickable. When you click it, it opens a more complete local weather view so you can see:

• Hour-by-hour conditions.
• Precipitation chances and timing.
• Short-term forecast for the next few days.

Because the data is tied to the address and ZIP code in your settings, you are looking at weather for the same area you actually service.

Step 4: Use weather to manage your schedule

Once you have that picture, you can make better decisions about your day:

• Front-load outdoor services when you see clear weather windows.
• Shift sensitive treatments away from heavy rain or high winds.
• Group outdoor jobs by time of day when conditions are best.
• Decide when to focus on indoor work or inspections instead.

The goal of the weather bar is simple: give pest pros fast clarity on a key piece of information that directly affects outdoor pest control, without making you leave your CRM or guess what the sky will do.
